Foods that help the body.

Cut eggplant into a slice and put it on the wart.
Kefir helps with bad breathe and drink it.
Umeboshi plums eaten, helps with a hangover.
Ginger helps a bad belly ache.
If you eat cherries, they help with jet lag.
Papaya and pineapples eaten help with bruises.
And juices help with muscle soreness.
