Holiday Nut Mix Recipe

1 Can Gorbonzo beans toasted in oven at 400 degrees. Take out and add 1 cup of pistacios and 1 Cup of almonds and sprinkle rosemary, thyme and salt and season to taste with EVOO and put back in oven for 10 minutes.

Holiday Biscuits

2 C. Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
5 Tbsp. of cold butter

Mix to coarse meal. Add 1/2 C. buttermilk, gorgonzola cheese and dry salami. Scoop out with ice cream scoop and put in oven for 10 min. on 425 degrees. Oven temp. may vary.
