State Workers LAYOFFS

Friday November 13th begins the massive layoffs with 84 people out of jobs. This adds to the national unemployment rate of 10.2 percent. The number should actually be at 17 percent of unaccounted layoffs. The state of Hawaii will add 384 more people being laid off by next Friday. Then in December another 181 people will lose their jobs. That is a total of 649 people laid off from the state of Hawaii adding to the national unemployment rate.
