Children and Football

Special padding for football helmets can save your child a head injury while playing football. They are called Xenith helmets. High school football causes lots of concussions in chldren due to heavy impact while playing. Please be aware of your child after a head trauma. When in doubt, check it out by your physician. Symptoms could be visual, balance, sleep, memory problems and headaches and don't forget a loss of consciousness. Also, check to see if the football team has a doctor on staff. These special helmets costs 350 dollars but its better safe than sorry.
