Memory Boosters at Any Age

30's you need to floss cuz it blocks blood vessels to the brain and can affect memory.
Multitask at the gym and enhance memory if you can go on tread mill and read and or do a crossword puzzle.
Eat lots of fish but be careful of mercury but it has lots of omega 3 for the brain.
Healthy foods are salmon, trout, tomato sauce, walnuts, asparagus, blueberries, cocoa, coffee, egg yolks, red wine, rosemary and Indian curry.
Exercise at least 20 min. daily.
40's play bridge or do a new task and or social environments such as book clubs, discussion, sodoku, learn a new instrument or even a new language.
50's use chopsticks or try even using a different hand when writing. And learn something new.
Watch all your medications and benadryl can affect your memory in a bad way.
