Preventative Foods

Prevent colds by eating button mushrooms, salmon, sunflower seeds and yogurt.
Prevent stress by eating curry, shrimp, milk and red peppers
Prevent headaches by eating snapper, quinoa, black beans, cayenne pepper.
Pervent stomach problems by eating fennel, ginger, peppermint oil, yogurt and fiber.
