Home Remedies

Use a banana peel on the skin and rub to treat bug bites.

Use basil, pinenuts, olive oil, garlic and blend to make a spoonful to help with constipation.

For skin infections and or cuts and or scrapes, use honey. If you have a full day that has gone by, then consult a physician.

If you are tired, get some Blackstrap molasses, unsulphered, and some warm milk and mix and drink. And or just eat a spoonful to help with fatigue.

Make some rice using double the amount of water and drink it when you are done to help with diarrhea.

Use some raw garlic and chop it up and swallow to fight the common cold. If it is too strong, you can add water and honey and swallow without chewing it.

Get some apple cider vinegar about one cup and add 2 cups into a bowl and get a washcloth to soak and use it for a cold compress to help bring down a fever.
