Tips to live to 100 years old

TRANSCEND by Terry Grossman has tips to live longer such as having high self esteem and high self confidence, flossing your teeth, don't smoke, get married, reside in the mountains, exercise your brain, don't retire, more physical activity and always have mental stimulation.

THE F FACTOR DIET by Tany Zuckerbrot has a list of healthy foods to keeps you living longer and they are:
one drink of red wine
salmon and tuna for omega 3
blueberries
artichoke
brown rice
strawberries
broccoli
cheese
nuts
popcorn for fiber (no butter at the theater)
lentils
dried fruit
dark chocolate
