The Sleep Diet

Just exercise and eat regularly but get 7 1/2 hours or more of sleep and you can lose weight. 59% of women are not sleeping well or getting the minimum of hours of sleep. Sleep deprivation increases your appetite. They did a study on 7 women and they all lost weight. Do you want more info?
