Last night on the way to the airport, we stopped into Whole Foods and every 3rd Thursday of the month they have COOKING WITH LOCAL FLAVOR class. It was FREE. In fact, all the classes are FREE. Also on Thursdays at 6 is an ACTIVE BODIES class. This Saturday is HEALTHY FOODS WITH OLA LOA at 11am on July 25th.

Whole Foods is giving away 2 FREE tickets to the new movie JULIE AND JULIA two times a day which is at 8am and 5pm. JULIE AND JULIA stars Meryl Streep and Amy Adams and is directed by Nora Ephron. The special screening premieres on Thursday July 30th at 7pm at Kahala Mall.

They will be starting a hands on cooking class for kids on August 15th for ages 5-12 at 11am. I will post it if any changes happen because it is still being worked on.
